I own a classic car and took her to North Elmham Garage for an MOT. Now we had a few advisories from the previous garage last year but we carried out the work to get her tip-top condition. This time we trusted this garage as it has some reasonably good reviews. My MOT failed and had a list of 6 things that needed repairing immediately (one of which was an headlamp they “fixed” 2 weeks prior) and 3 thing on the advisory list, I was quoted £1,150 not including labour. This was extremely hard to believe as I know my car and this was an excessive list really… I took her to a local garage to get her re-MOTd and it cost me £9.99 for a bulb and that was it!! This is absolutely disgusting considering the price and list difference. When I rang the other garage and explained I was unhappy they knew instantly and even said “was it North Elmham” before I could even tell them. To me this says far too much. They have forever lost me as a customer. If I could give no stars I would! Definitely would NEVER recommend this garage for any their classic car services.

Turned up without an appointment after picking up a puncture. I was given a lift home and collected later that day once the tyre was replaced. Very happy with the speed of service and friendliness of the owners.

We had concerns about our Megane burning through more oil than in it used to. The guys were really great with us. We opted to have an overdue oil change and an Engine Deep Clean. The staff went over things with us & were friendly. For the work and labour undertaken, the price seemed really fair. Having recently moved to the area, we will definitely be returning to have our car serviced here.
