Clotbes store offering outfits for men, women & kids. There is a decent selection of garments for all occassions. The staff extremely helpful and nothing is too mych trouble.
I visited Northampton River Island in Grosvenor Center on 4th June 2024 and a lady named Mahpara served me. She is an incredible person, so friendly , customer focused and very polite. She helped me to buy correct size of the outfit and even helped me to style it. I am a shopaholic , and have visited many stores in England , but never had met a person who treats clients with so much respect and kindness. Whenever I am in Northampton and visit river island , Mahpara makes my shopping experience hassle free. I highly recommend to promote this young lady as a stylist because this is very unique feature of her which makes me shop at RiverIDland every time. Thanks Mahpata

The river island has got good quality clothes it will be a good asset to the Grosvenor centre when does the store reopen in the Grosvener centre
River island has everything if your looking to keep up with the latest fashion. Plus they have lovely accessories too
Your average river island, lack of choice for men, not cutting edge or up to date fashion. This store is on the smaller side. The selection for women is great and the prices also are fairly reasonable.
Polite staff at this, all sizes are on display in River island so I don't expect any customer service. Great summer collection

A very pleasant assistant, Beth Taylor came to my aid, helping me choose and assuring me that my wife would love the clothes she picked out. It's almost like Beth has known us for years!
