I came for a routine check up. Nice experience. Welcoming reception staff. Dentist was friendly, professional and gave a good explanation of treatment plan.
Thanks to the team at Plummers in Thorpe. I was referred for a tooth extraction which was obviously a very scary thought having not had it done before but I’m pleased to report that from the initial contact of the coordinator to the day of extraction everything went really well. It was a very painless experience and I was looked after very well by Yinka and his team. Good job!
Have never been to this practice before. I had my wisdom tooth, plus another tooth taken out today. The staff were all brilliant, made me feel at ease. Amazing. Very professional, caring and thorough. Didn't feel my teeth being taken out either! Also, thank you to the kind receptionist who ordered taxi and assisted me to it.
Akhila and Stacey were absolutely amazing to my little boy. The experience was calm and efficient. My son was comfortable, and felt no discomfort. I was worried about the procedure as my son can get quite nervous but he felt so relaxed. He even said “mummy it was quite funny at the dentist”. Akhila and Stacey were very comforting and encouraging to my son. I’m so grateful for this experience. From personal experience as a child I was left traumatised from a procedure and feared the dentist. This was such a relief and I’m glad we used your service to end the discomfort Elijah has been in. I went here yesterday after being referred to have 2 teeth out one being my front and the second being at the back which was also broken, I was so nervous but the nurse and the actual dentist doing the work was really amazing really helped with my nerves and calmed me down would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone especially a nervous patient I will definitely be returning for any future work needed on my teeth well done team you’re doing an amazing job
Was referred to this dentist by my current one for the possible removal of my wisdom tooth! I hate the dentist so having such a lovely, friendly and helpful team was just amazing! I was very impressed and couldn’t fault any part of the service! Had a tooth extraction yesterday morning, the team were very supportive as I was a nervous patient. I was going to have sedation but after having a chat with the dentist decided to not have it. Brilliant service thank you, wished they were taking on new nhs patients.
I had to go to this dentist for an emergency appointment to have a tooth extracted. I was very impressed with all the staff there. They were so kind and caring. The dentist was very professional and treatment was excellent. The surgery was excellent in all aspects. Just wish I could be taken on as a new patient but quite understand how busy they are with their existing patients.
