Exceptional treatment, and expertise from Dr Odeh, and Hygienist Jo. State of the art equipment, and the practice is spotlessly clean. Outstanding dental care, highly recommended.
My two children recently had their first visit to the practice. We were greeted by the receptionists who were so welcoming and kind. Dalia and Ann quickly put us all at ease and overall made it a very positive experience for the children. Would highly recommend this practice.

Drove 30 minutes for an appointment that I had to wait 6 months for. Arrived 10 minutes late because of road works just outside the surgery. Tried to ring them to let them know but nobody answered the phone. Arrived to be told they could no longer see me. HONESTLY!!!????
Huge backlog, unable to fit in someone with an injection, leading to bigger issues. Next appointment is 4 months in advance.

Arguably, the best Dental Practice in the local area. They have a very good reputation, but more importantly the team here, from Reception, to the Hygienists, to the Dentists are professional and complete their work to a high standard (with pride). They do…what it says on the tin. They have a streamlined check in process, they send text message reminders of appointments, they have quality C19 procedures in place.
To the wonderful Dalia who is so kind and so gentle. I used to drive to Cardiff and back to another dentist - 8 hour round trip - I am so nervous of dentists. So many that give you cause to be afraid of them! And then never go back and your own teeth suffer. Dalia was amazing. I found her in Sudbury, followed her to Ipswich, then to Norwich. It's a long journey but so totally worth it. She is the best ever. Five stars that should be ten stars!
