I love new look, and I’ve always shopped here. I am really unhappy that you have stopped selling petite size clothing in store. I cannot try anything on and to even get things delivered to the store it costs me £1.99 every time.. I’ve not long had a baby so I am unsure what size clothes I now take. I will now have to shop somewhere else.

What happened to customer service? Staff just hanging around on their phones, laughing and swearing while customers in store??? Manager needs to sort it out. Left without buying anything because I was made so uncomfortable by the staff.
