A massive thanks to Dr Sonal Patel and her team! I had my teeth straightened using Invisalign rather late in life, but I am absolutely delighted with the end results. Dr Patel could not have been better; there was a slight complication partway through the treatment, but she was professional, kind and very patient. Dr. Patel and his team are amazing. After not having as great of an experience at a different dentist facility in Norwich, I turned to Smile Orthodontists to assist me and they were extremely kind and helpful from my first phone call. I originally made an appointment to fix a detached permanent retainer and left with it perfect and with more knowledge on how to care for my teeth as well as he noticed other areas that had been bothering me for some time and gave me suggestions on why those problems could be happening. I will recommend Dr. H Patel to anyone in need. Don’t waste your time and money elsewhere. Thank you again!

I came here last week to get my broken retainer replaced, and as a new patient I wasnt sure what to expect! I didnt need to worry though, my orthodontist Kath was super friendly and patient (even when I kept asking her to explain stuff), and the whole process was quick and painless. I was really impressed with the service and will definitely go back with any future concerns :)
I went here to get some night retainers made after mine got destroyed. I really struggle to sleep without them and the staff were lovely and managed to get them made incredibly quickly! Very happy with their service especially considering I wasn't a patient before! Would definitely recommend.
Brilliant orthodontist and very friendly. You're supposed to hate the dentist/orthodontist but I've never been more comfortable. Highly recommend
