We can’t speak highly enough about Kiddicity and the amazing job they did of hosting our sons first birthday party! Trev and Manda sorted out so much for us without us even needing to ask which made things so much easier and more enjoyable for us! The food they provided was so fresh and perfect for the age group. We actually got to enjoy our sons birthday party rather than running around sorting stuff out, which meant so much to us. Thanks so much and we will see you again in the future!

I’ve been taking my children to kiddicity for a while now. My daughter took part in cooking, messy play, music makers and many more other classes and she loved all of them. My son and daughter have both had birthday parties there and staff did an amazing job with both. They were accommodating to all adults and children who came, they easily made adaptions to food as many children had dietary requirements. Staff were always happy to help adults and children, they all engaged with the children well, it was a lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to Amber for leading such a wonderful team!

Myself and children love this place so much, the staff are friendly beyond words. The improvements taking place are really bringing a new lease of life. The character visits are brilliant with such quality characters even my 8 year old believes they are real. What’s more is I can enjoy a lovely drink whilst it’s still hot as the kids are happily playing. I really look forward to my son’s party here next month, I have no doubt it will be awesome. Hi 5s to all your wonderful team making it such a lovely place to visit.

I was quite disappointed with my visit here. The staff did not come across as very welcoming, which I found surprising for a children’s environment. As someone who works in childcare, I know how important a warm and engaging approach is, but instead I felt quite enclosed and reserved after being “welcomed” in. The play area itself was also underwhelming. Several of the resources were in poor condition, and some looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in some time — which makes me question the cleaning procedures in place. For a space designed for young children, this is something that really should be prioritised. The role play section is clearly meant to be the main attraction, but even this felt limited and could benefit from updating and expanding to create a more enriching experience. With some extra thought and investment, the play opportunities could be much better. Another disappointing aspect was the food options. Alternatives for dietary needs, such as coeliac-friendly choices for children, were very minimal. In this day and age, and especially in a family-focused environment, I would expect more inclusive food options to be available. Overall, I’ve visited other play areas in Eastbourne that not only offer a cleaner, better-maintained, and more stimulating environment but also provide more consideration for dietary needs — all at a lower cost. Sadly, this one did not live up to expectations.

I am lost for words with how amazing Kiddi city is. My son is a member so we go often and have really got to know the staff, it’s a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I decided to have my son’s 2nd birthday here and WOW, what a party it was. Anna (the owner) was very very accommodating. I was worried I wouldn’t have enough food platters for the adults so Anna whipped up another tray for me. She was really on the ball and I literally had to do nothing. Even all the adults had a great time, sitting, chatting, eating cake & drinking coffee. We had the whole place to ourselves and shut for the public which made it even more special. My Son had an amazing time and so did all his friends. There are so many toys and role play parts, a doctors surgery, a bakery, a cafe, a hair salon, a pets corner and more! I honestly would do it again tomorrow, it was stress free, fun, good music and good vibes! Highly recommended with 5 huge stars!

Absolutely love KiddiCity, both of my children of different ages have loved letting their imaginations run wild here. It’s clean, friendly and above all so much fun!! Play is such an important part of children’s development and I can’t think of a better place in Sussex to visit to do just that! Lots of eats and treats in the cafe too! For something more structured theres also a diverse variety of classes on offer. Looking forward to trying some more of the seasonal events, as my children just love meeting their fave characters! Really lucky to have this facility in the area.

Absolutely gorgeous play centre, an original idea in the area and considering there's already not a mass amount to do in Eastbourne for children it is a massive addition to the town. Open 7 days a week with classes running on 6 of those days. Cafe at the back which serves hot drinks, cold drinks, snacks and lunches you can stay for hours! My son likes the construction area and the NEW balance bikes! There is discount days on both Monday & Friday where the entry is only £5! or Annual memberships £200 for the year or £20 a month which means it is accessible for everyone! Staff are all lovely and inclusive, there is quieter sessions in the day if your child struggles with noise/large crowds!

We have just had our son’s 4th birthday party here. The venue was great, the staff were lovely and it looked like all the children had an amazing time. We did the Spider-Man theme party option that definitely added to the Wow-Factor. Thank you to the whole KiddiCity team!! We would 100% recommend a KiddiCity party

We absolutely love KiddiCity, the details that have gone into this is amazing, there’s so much for the kids to do and is suitable for such a great age range, I have a nearly 2 year old and 4 year old and it can be hard finding something they can do together, but this is perfect! I love the variety of classes they also offer, as well as the role play sessions. The staff are great with engaging with the kids too, which is especially helpful when both kids run in the opposite direction! Can’t recommend enough, we go at least once a week.
