Took an hour to get really bad quality food that we couldn't eat, the staff didn't care when we took it back so we just wasted our money. Kept being told it would be five minutes and that it wasn't a priority which was especially annoying as we made sure to order well before the party pizza rush.
Had an amazing time here. We arrived earlier than our booking to make use of the little arcade area which the kids loved and then we're shown to our lane early. Simple and easy. Fairly priced drinks and got a good family deal for 2 adults and 2 kids bowling. Baby changing facilities were spacious and very clean.
Oh my goodness this place is unbelievably loud!!! I mean LOUD! It was weekend, there was a small kids party at one end, but this wasn't the noise it was the music and the congratulation announcements. It's insane, I am noise sensitive and could only stay due to my noise cancelling devices, but it was pretty unbearable even using them. Queue at the bar and booking in, as not enough staff. Drinks were a fair price. The bowls were not suited to broad/big digits. There was only one which a member of our part could use and really it was too heavy for him, hus thumb repeatedly got stuck and yes we hunted the other lanes. The people next door to us were sharing one lighter bowl with us, meaning lots of waiting. I guess the kids' party got priority, but it spoilt our visit. The on screen photo was a nice touch. New to me is keeping your own shoes on, I liked this. £8 for an hour of pool seemed pricy. Air hockey was a fair price.
Always make it a point to come a good amount of times a year. Absolutely great place to go. Friendly atmosphere always clean and tidy ( maybe not out front) . Love the fact there are different deals for days of the week. Fantastic Arcade. Today I was taking my son to a friend's birthday party amazing time he had with his friends also included with the bowling was laser tag. Only negative I had was when I collected my son he said he had his pizza taken away because of his nut allergy, we were advised by another parent to take a few bits with him anyway which we did and they see what he could have as well but staff apparently said they couldn't take the risk. He was only there a couple weeks before for another party and no problem then . Is there a cross contamination problem with the kitchen there? It's not going to stop myself and family from coming son's already asked when are we going back but may not order food.
I won as usual. Food was basic but tasty. Drinks were brilliant 50% off on Tuesdays
Very well laid out & there's much more to do than bowling. There's laser tag & a whole bunch of amusements as well. A wide variety of activities, perfect for a fun family morning / afternoon out.
A fun evening. Easy to Book online , and when arrived was quick through set up and tills and was bowling within 5 minutes. Very good considering was a busy Saturday evening. Nice happy vibe throughout and enjoyed the evening. Will happily be back again soon
