Excellent on time service. Dentist speak so softly it makes it difficult to know if she is talking to me or her colleague, particularly when wearing a mask. Otherwise very happy with the service.
I have been to this surgery for quite a number of years now, and today I went for a filling repair and I have received excellent treatment from the reception ladies and superb dental treatment from Hanna and her assistant, and it makes visiting a dentist very nearly a pleasure. I am a lucky chap to even have a dentist these days, but so glad I am able to be treated here.

My dentist profiled me without checking my teeth. She used a year old scan and claimed my mouth was full of cavities despite no pain from me or obvious signs. She couldn’t actually find any, and didn’t use the x-ray to reassess or double check, despite her bold claims at beginning. I was profiled based on my weight, and there was a line of questioning about my eating habits (without actually having looked at my teeth) that brokered inappropriate laughing from the dentist and assistant upon my answers.
Were OK, but after the pandemic (and the loss of our dentist, Chris Botha) they casually informed me (after I called them) that I (and wife) were no longer on their books - not the way to treat people !!
Excellent dentist, had a tooth removed, and although being very anxious , was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. Can not fault any staff at this dental practice . Thank you all x
