My mum had a wet room installed back in August. The company were great taking the money, and also, the plumber did a great job. However, for the last 4 months things have started to deteriorate and my mum has been trying to get them back to sort it, but to no avail. She has been told the plumber is coming and each time has cancelled plans, deprived herself and myself of a shower to accommodate the work that needs doing. Finally, the plumber came round on Friday with the promise to return today, and true to form, no show. I am so angry. State 7-4 Saturday opening on posters outside their gates...but actually close at 12. Actually got there 11.50 and they were closed and at the gate. Didn't give an F. Pretty much sums up how my previous dealings with them have been. For convenience have tolerated their high prices and have given them a chance but when they are then pricey and inconvenient? Nope.
Despite the low ratings given by some, as a returning customer I feel it only fair to comment on the excellent service that I have received from Braceys from both the Cornelly and the Pontyclun branches across multiple orders over several months to different locations. Providing your expectations are realistic they have yet to fail me.
Went there a while ago looking for a garden shed. Looked at some sheds but they where a bit pricey for the size. Managed to get a much larger shed in Cefn Cribwr for the same price and they came around and erected for me. The staff in Braces were helpful.
Called into the garden centre today, the lady was very helpful. I purchased some lovely pots and flowers. I will definetly be calling again.
