    I had developed some tooth pain but had been too busy to do anything about it. A couple of days later I was due to travel to London but the pain was now too much. I called in at the surgery in the hope of some relief and was given an emergency appointment with Stefanie, my usual dentist. Sadly the tooth had fractured and had to come out. My teeth are difficult to extract and this one was no exception. It took some while and a lot of numbing but eventually it came out and I was able to get away to London. I've always received excellent care from Stefanie and her team in Beccles and am very grateful to have her as my dentist.

    Not all heroes wear capes!! Having not been to the dentist in over 10 years, i was feeling extremely anxious and nervous. Having odontophobia did not help my situation and i was already sweating and feeling clammy and that was just sitting in the waiting room! Once i was in the dentist chair I explained to Stephanie (dental design Blyburgate) that my teeth weren’t in the best of health and also my phobia of the dentist. Stephanie and her team were absolutely amazing, and I don’t say that lightly. They were non-judgmental; kept me appraised every step of the way by explaining what was happening, what process they went through, and I have to say that by being distracted and able to understand the procedure was immensely helpful in my case. The one thing that was most important was that Stephanie listened to everything I said, and amazingly replaced my bridge without any pain whatsoever! I genuinely cant recommend Stephanie and the team at Dental Design Blyburgate. From entering the practice until I left was such a pleasant customer based experience. Dare I say looking forward to my next appointment on Monday.

    Just had my first treatment with Kavya and assisted by Anca. I felt nervous about seeing a new dentist but was soon put at ease by Kavya who talked me through what was happening and kept checking i was OK as did Anca as well. I had 1 large filling and 2 small ones and Kavya was amazing. I will not be worried going again. Thanks to Kavya and Anca for looking after me. Margaret

    Stephanie is the most amazing, kind and professional dentist. She used her amazing skills to resolve an extremely painful abscess which I thought was going to leave me without 2 teeth. I was extremely anxious but Stephanie and the dental nurses (Pauline and Georgia) put me at ease. Stephanie went above and beyond, seeing me whenever I needed her and contacting me to make sure I was ok the following day (which was a weekend!). I will be forever grateful.

    Stephanie, along with the support of Pauline, have done the most incredible job of literally putting the smile back on my sons face. After a bad mountain bike accident which resulted in a significant fracture loosing over half his front right tooth he was feeling extremely self concious. He was seen Wednesday at which point they offered to stay late the following day to repair his tooth. The result is beyond what we could have ever dreamed of & they went above & beyond to achieve this for him & we are so grateful. It is magnificent what they have done for him physically & mentally & the kindness they've have shown throughout has meant the absolute world to us. Thank you so much.

    The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The dentist was running on time. She was friendly and put me at my ease. She told me what she was doing and gave great advice about dental care. She has done root canal work for me in the past which has lasted for many years without any problems. This is a really excellent dental practice.

    I am a very nervous (well scared stiff) patient and only go to the dentist because of Lenny, who is amazing. He puts you at ease, chats the whole time and checks that you are OK with what he is doing.. He is gentle and I've never had any discomfort from what Lenny is doing, even the filling without anaesthetic (as I hate needles too. Lol). All my family see Lenny and my children are happy to go too. Thoroughly recommend as a fantastic dentist is very hard to find.
