This is why Dav is my go-to guy for tailoring... Dav recently designed and made my wedding suit, and I couldn't have been happier with the process, piece and fit. This was my second suit from Dav, the first one he made 7 years ago and I was keen to return to him, knowing I'd be in safe hands. He completely got what I was looking for, all those years ago and again for my wedding. He spent time understanding what I liked and gave expert advice. Getting a suit made can be daunting, and can feel like a risk, even if it's not your first time; Dav is completely approachable, down-to-earth but above all, he's able to listen actively and put what he has heard into the fine details. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement; no question was too silly and no ask too much; he was dedicated to getting every element right, and his attention to every single detail was very clear. The proof was really in the fitting - I'm really not an easy shape to cut a suit for and we only took a fraction off the sleeve out of preference – every curve and cut sat flawlessly. Where I had asked for Dav's advice, I was so glad I did – going for a double-breasted, textured fabric with pops of colour; I spent my wedding day feeling comfortable and looking great. Dav comes highly recommended. I urgently needed a light-weight suit to attend a tropical beach wedding. Dav made the process easy including advising on fabrics, styles, practicality but also how I could use that suit after the function. Incredible experience with Acre & Row. Dav has a lifelong customer, and I can't recommend him enough.
