Went to Gower Timber this morning. Needed some Birch Plywood. Great quality and a good price too. The staff were very helpful. Will definitely buy from them again.
Absolutely abysmal customer service. Guy told me off for being in the shop when noone else was even in there and we are not even in full lockdown. Couldn't get an answer from outside of shop because he was probably too busy having lunch. Guy needs to go on a customer relations course.

Great service just one call gave size of the shed that needed to be lined and thermal boards gave the correct amount much cheaper than all the others called and a lot more helpful also gave a better quality of board not the cheap shuttering that was offered by others for a lot more. Excellent Customer Service! We ordered our new fence from Gower Timber and they couldn't have been more helpful. Goods are going to be delivered directly on the day we specified and when I reduced the number of posts (before delivery) they even rung to check that I didn't need the additional bags of postcrete. Great service and quality products, would highly recommend.
