Dr Clack , Alexis and Jess were so calming , efficient and professional. The clinic is modern and welcoming with plenty of patient parking on site. The entire experience was fantastic - highly recommend this team !
Today I visited the clinic with my son. I'm impressed! You're greeted by a wonderful receptionist. The clinic itself looks amazing, and inside, you're completely unworried! I really value quality and comfort, and this clinic has it all! Dr. Ailеen is amazing; she explained everything clearly and wrote out a very accurate treatment plan. Nurse Olga was very helpful with my questions; thank you so much! I'm happy I found this clinic to help me resolve my issue. I highly recommend it. Everything is top-notch.
I am so scared of dentists... never really had a good experience... havent been in years but i knew i needed work doing and someone recommended Toftwood! Honestly I am the patient who walks into a clinic and cries through fear! Dr Aileen Clack is phenomenal... she kept me calm, injection didnt hurt, she kept me at ease through the whole process. Once i have teeth sorted i am staying here for routines! Everyone is lovely and have answered all my questions with empathy and kindness. I feel safe in the hands of Dr Clack, something ive never ever had with a dentist. Shes 5star+!!! My son (joined with me) and Husband is also joining for his next check up!
To say that I am a nervous dentist's patient really is a huge understatement. But I broke a tooth and had to put on my big girl pants and be brave. I turned up for my appointment this morning, had a teary wobble, and was treated so kindly and calmly by some of the friendliest staff I've ever come across, from the reception team to the lovely dentist herself. I quickly realised I had been worrying for no good reason. The atmosphere when you walk in is calm and serene, and you are so positively welcomed. The slight break in my tooth was (swiftly) temporarily fixed without me noticing and an appointment for a new crown made. I know I will not have a wobble at that appointment. I was so, so impressed that my sister has just made an appointment to register there as well. Costs are really competitive AND there are payment plan options. This is the only dentist I can think of that actively diffuses the worry and stress of visiting and having treatment - hurrah! I recommend registering before it gets so busy you won't be able to get on their books! Louise Thorley
Really impressed with this place. The staff are friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. From the moment you walk in it doesn’t feel like your typical dental practice. It’s relaxed, clean and they take the time to make you feel at ease. My dentist has been great. Calm, professional and explains everything properly so you know exactly what’s going on. I’ve never felt rushed and everything’s been done with care. They’ve also got some decent tech including a scanner that takes a full picture of your face. Pretty clever stuff. The assistants are lovely too, always smiling and creating a positive atmosphere. They even had music playing during one of my appointments which made the whole thing feel a bit less clinical. If you’re after a dental practice that’s modern, professional and actually cares about making patients feel comfortable, I’d definitely recommend Toftwood.
This dentist is by far the best dentist I have ever seen, I am extremely nervous at the dentist, I was made too feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff were absolutely fantastic I cannot thank them enough. My tooth is out and I am pain free.
Staff are very friendly, especially with children. The dentist Dr Clack is brilliant. Very trusting and will put you at ease if you are feeling anxious about any of the treatments.
I cannot praise this practice enough! I had aligners recently to straighten my teeth. It is something I always wanted and I was quiet nervous. Aileen and the team made me feel so relaxed and welcome. So pleased with my experience with Dr Aileen Clack and her team. She is a miracle worker! I am no longer a nervous patient. I needed my front teeth replaced as i had a tooth break off. I can't thank the team at Toftwood Dental Practice enough. For as long as I can remember, I've always been an extremely nervous person when it comes to having dental work done. So, you can imagine my anxiety when I realised that Brendan had retired. All the years of slowly becoming more and more relaxed about attending the dentist, even for just a check-up, had taken a massive blow knowing he was no longer there. However, what was I worried about... The new team have gone above and beyond my expectation to make me feel relaxed and comfortable, especially recently when hearing the 2 words I'd never wanted to hear... Root Canal. Not only was the procedure painless, but the aftercare and contact I've received has been exceptional. Having Karen there (a familiar face) really helped, however both Aileen and Leah have been fantastic, and I certainly won't be nervous about going back, this new team are amazing!
