Had the pleasure of buying a suit today from Suit Direct in Milton Keynes. I would highly recommend 10/10! Ash from Suits direct is fantastic, we went in having no clue on what colour suits would compliment our wedding theme and he knew straight away and advised us on what would work and what to avoid. Honesty is key and he couldn’t have been more helpful! We knew we were in safe hands with Ash and we fell in love with a blazer and had to buy it today! We’re not getting married until next year but we both knew this was the right choice and we didn’t want to miss the opportunity on it not being here when we came back, we’re exited to come back in a few months time when their new season is in, to see how Ash can work his magic and style the Groomsmen, and of course adding the finishing touches to my fiancés wedding suit! A huge thank you to the extremely friendly member of staff who assisted myself and my fiancè in choosing his suit for the wedding . We initially came in just to browse after another suit had caught his eye in another shop but we are so glad we did . The range of suits and quality of suits are far superior to other shops in the vicinity and the staff working here really do go the extra mile to ensure the customers have the best level of service. After trying on a couple of suits which was very easy and stress free thanks to the member of staff helping us with sizes and anything we needed bringing to the changing room even if it meant running out the back to get more stock. We found a suit that we liked and actually told the member of staff who'd been assisting us that we'd look at the other shop that we found one in and come back and the gentleman who was assisting us kindly kept the suit to one side which was very appreciated and again just a small gesture of many that contributed to his excellent customer service. After leaving to try another shop and experiencing such awful levels of customer service elsewhere, we immediately came back to this shop as we felt like the staff were far more knowledgeable, friendly, considerate and also dressed smart for the Job unlike other shops . All of the levels of care and details are what makes you happy to spend money somewhere. We eventually left with a full suit , shirt ,belt , shoes , socks and tie and we were helped choosing every detail . Thank you again to the fantastic member of staff for your hard work assisting us today and taking the stress out of wedding shopping :)
I was recommended to visit Ash at Suits Direct Milton Keynes for my fiancés wedding and grooms party suits. Ash’s knowledge, guidance and professionalism was second to none and this was reflected the fact that all three of the men (who would usually struggle to find a suit that fits) came away having had a fantastic, stress free experience with perfect fitting suits and have all said they will be going back to see Ash again for any future suits they may require! My fiancé went for a bespoke suit and Ash guided us through the process seamlessly, he was extremely patient, giving advice where needed but equally putting no pressure on us to make a purchase and he went above and beyond to ensure we were 100% happy with the suit before ordering. The suit arrived very quickly and it was everything we had hoped, great quality and a perfect fit. The store itself had everything we needed and we were also able to purchase shoes and belts as well as matching ties, pocket squares and socks, meaning everything is now organised and sorted for the wedding day! Would without a doubt recommend!
3 weeks before my wedding we ran into a problem with some suits we had ordered and the company told us they would not arrive in time, we went and tried a few places who told us they would struggle to find us a hire suit in time due to 2 of the party being 6ft 4+, we saw suits direct online as I was about to give up and last minute on a Sunday we went in and to our luck Ash greeted us and within 20 minutes we were all measured up hired suits ordered with a promise of in time delivery, ash was very true to his word getting our suits there within 10 days they came perfect fit for all 3 of us, Ash saved the wedding he is a real credit to the business, he was very knowledgable warm welcoming and friendly any time I need a suit in the future this will be the only place I go to, Thank you Ash for saving my wedding!!!
Ash and Jack were extremely helpful. I have an awkward body shape which makes suit fitting difficult. They both worked hard to find the right suit for me. Eventually we found the right one and I'm very happy. I really recommend them and will definitely be returning.
My husband was looking for a suit for a wedding. On entering the shop the staff were very friendly and gave us a chance to look around before approaching us to see if we would like any help. Louisa was really attentive and when asked for her opinion it was plain to see that it was genuine. The prices of some if the suits were amazing value and very good quality. Ash too was very helpful and attentive. The atmosphere in the shop was so relaxed and it was nice to feel that we weren’t being rushed. My husband thought he had made up his mind and the suit was going to be folded ready for us to pay, but he spotted another one and it was no trouble for Louisa to find the size, of the suit, a shirt to match and a tie. The suit is lovely the quality is so good and the price was unbelievable. My husband looks very smart in this suit. We both appreciate the excellent customer service given by Louisa and Ash and would certainly recommend going to this shop if you do require a suit, shirt tie or any other accessories. My fiancé and I walked into Suits Direct in MK last Saturday with our large grooms party. Ash met us on arrival and I explained what situation we had been left in following an unsuccessful suit fitting appointment at a different store. I let Ash know what we were looking for (all NINE men to get suited in total) and Ash knew EXACTLY what to recommend for us, including ties to match our wedding colour scheme. He also took his time to talk to each of us and made sure each suit fitted correctly. For any sizes that were not in stock, Ash organised it all to ensure the order was put through for us and he labelled everything up so that there was no confusion. In all honesty, we gave Ash one hell of a job to fulfil at short notice and he did not appear to let anything phase him, he was so cool, calm and collected and this reassured us all. Ash even took the initiative to make a phone call with a specialist to discuss a bespoke fitting. Ash, I said we would leave you a glowing review and I hope this puts a smile on your face and reaches the Area Manager because YOU are an absolute credit. Went in half an hour before closing looking for a suit for my sister in laws wedding. Ash really was helpful and friendly. He has a great eye and found the perfect suit for my other half. Really happy with the service and had a great chat too. Will be recommending him in future.
