   Gary did an absolutely amazing job on our flooring. He fitted carpet and LVT throughout, including the LVT stairs and the finish is outstanding. The attention to detail is second to none and everything was completed to a very high standard. Gary was professional, reliable and clearly takes great pride in his work. The transformation has exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone looking for quality flooring fitted perfectly.

   Had our stairs and landing carpeted by Floorium a couple of weeks ago. It has totally transformed our house. We are so chuffed! We have used Floorium before and, as usual, Gary and Debbie's total professionalism made the whole process easy. From choosing the carpet, arranging dates and times and then the fitting, their knowledge and customer service shines through. I would never use anyone else. Thank you guys.

   We’ve just had LVT flooring fitted by Gary at floorium, and are really pleased with the result. We needed it fitted as soon as possible due to our kitchen being fitted next week, and Gary was able to measure and fit within a week. Arrived on time both days, cleaned up afterwards. Debbie was also very helpful in the shop, showing us different samples, and advising us on the best colour for the grout inlay strips. Both were very professional and I would use floorium in the future

   I’d leave zero stars if I could!! Floorium were contracted to fit our floor via Carpet Right. We bought a floor with a chevron pattern, which on inspection of the finished job had not been followed. Garry stood in my living room and told me I was wrong, and there was no pattern to follow and it was impossible. His 2nd man is also rude, when I asked him if he would mind keeping the front door closed as we have 2 ill house cats, he told me to look them in a room!! I also asked if they would be careful around the fireplace as I had recently painted it and he responded with “well he’s not gonna scratch it on purpose is he? He’s really careful anyway” Just plan rude!! I went back to Carpet Right, showed them pictures of the floor, and they confirmed the floor had been laid incorrectly. That was in the August. It took 2 months for Gary to come back and correct the floor at his own expense, to which he’s done a shoddy job, and fitted a beading that doesn’t even colour match the floor. Nails stick out of the beading where they haven’t been hammered in correctly, I can pull the corners of the beading off around my fireplace, and off cuts used to complete edges weren’t even nailed/glued down, so came off the same day. Upon speaking to Carpet Right, Gary is refusing to come back and correct the mistake unless he’s paid. I would avoid at all costs. It has been the most stressful couple of months, and I hate to leave a bad review for a small business, but people should spend their hard earned money go else where.

   I am extremely happy with the service provided. I had all the flooring in my flat replaced. Carpet for living room, Vinyl for the kitchen and laminate in the hallway and bedroom. Excellent service and communication from the beginning to the end. Debbie and Gary made it feel as easy as possible working with me to ensure every detail was thought through. It is rare to get such great service. Thank you both for having gone above and beyond to make sure the job is done to the best standard. I am very impressed with the level of installation and service.

   Floorium have been incredibly helpful. We found our perfect stair runner in their carpet range which was then cut to size and edged in the colour we chose. The fitting was very quick and beautifully finished. We will be adding more of their carpets to our home later this year.
