   I bought a pair of boots from the Barry store, brilliant service, no complaints. The boots fell apart and were replaced like for like in store with no issue. The replacement fell apart a few weeks later. I went to the Llanelli store to change them as it was closer at the time. I was served by a woman called Caroline. Her first suggestion was to get the old pair from the Barry store and use one boot from each pair. She spent most of the time I was in store complaining she has diabetes, told me all the boots toolstation sell are terrible and she won’t wear them, all the while with the face of a bulldog who’s had bad news. Spoke to other staff members like they were idiots. One in particular, a lad who’s name I didn’t get earned my respect for not punching her in the face the way she spoke to him. I did get a replacement pair and can’t fault tool station as a company
