   Great until you need to exchange an item of clothing. I had to exchange a dress due to it being faulty (flaw in material), but received rudeness and was accused of making it up. The person serving me initially looked everywhere but where the issue was and said the item was fine. After eventually proving to her the item was faulty, I got the exchange in the end but she remained dismissive and rude. She was pleasant the last time when I came in as I was purchasing items. Avoid this branch until they improve their customer service when it comes to faulty items.

   Seems to be a constant sale on - noticed last year's dresses were again out for sale this year. The shop is clean and well maintained it is just the counter and counter staff you can wait ages to be served to pay, and when you do get served there is some sort of system they use which must be mind boggling to NASA to complete payout. I went to collect leather walking sandals I purchased online and it all seemed a bit of a faff. However, the sandals are great.

   Had a really positive experience being served on the phone by a kind lady called Melanie I believe, whose gone out of her way to help me find a pair of boots in a specific size from another store and arranged for me to have them easily exchanged in store for the ones I’d ordered online. Very polite, willing to help, professional, and friendly. Exactly what you hope for but don’t get everywhere all the time. Thank you again for your help!

   Products are good and well priced. Store cramped, disorganised, messy and too small for the amount of stock/displays. Aisles to small for buggies or wheel chairs. Staff uninterested and unhelpful even when customers are obviously struggling to get about or access items. I had to climb on a stool myself in the end.

   A very nice shop if you want to get yourself geared up for an adventure. Sure I seen Bilbo and Frodo in there getting tooled up for a trek to mount doom. There is a perpetual sale on various items so it is possible to grab a bargain if your lucky.

   Easily found on the rishden lakes retail park. Parking is available right near the door. A small to medium sized shop. The Isles are fairly packed in so not alot of room to manoeuvre. There are 2 changing rooms but one is currently full of boxes so cannot be used. There is a children's section, men's women's, foot wear and animal section. A few bargains to be had. Customer service needs to be better and Ellis needs to go on a customer facing training course.
