nyc staff over there specially one indian boy his name is kuldeep he is very co operative with customers as well as paul and kesh (specially evening staff)
Went there today and due to it being a Bank Holiday the regular staff were not in. I was served by a miserable, impatient woman, who needs to learn how to treat customers with civility. Fortunately, there are a few lovely ones working there, especially Amanda, who works behind the Post Office counter.

Absolutely disgraceful. I only had £1 in my bank, and went in to purchase 2 cans for £1 and was told they had a minimum charge of £5 on the card machine. I think it’s disgusting that minimum charges in excess of £1 are still allowed. Pathetic

Finished work early to catch the post office which still closes at 3pm! Arrived 2.42pm only to be told that the post office is now closed as there was a queue. I needed airmail and cards to be weighed and some large stamps - none of which I could get from behind the store counter. Was told that Trebanos post office was open! A post office is a critical part of a community but since it moved into this store has gone down hill rapidly. Customer service is poor from the store staff. Post Office staff are lovely when you can get to see them. Don't bother going here if you can help it.
Everytime I have been here I’ve had a bad experience from inexperienced people manning the post office to rude owners on the tills. Little post office shuts at 5.30 pm (use the post office at trebanos, this closed at 10 pm in the week). Charges to use your card here but if you go to spar or co op you won’t get charged even trebanos garage has stopped charging.
