   Always love the bakery goods hot and cold and they are always consistently delicious. Lots of selection. The place could do with a bit of a facelift inside, but it was clean, well stocked and friendly staff.

   My experience was shocking. Glenys the menace treated me like a little baby in a diaper. When I paid with change after getting it by hard-working. She looked at me. Huffed and puffed, rolled her eyes and shaked her head like a little menace. And then when I ask for a receipt she screamed receipt as if she'd never seen a child ask for a receipt before. I am absolutely fuming and never going back there. #sacked #menace

   Visited the other day. Don’t know who keeps reviewing these staff as cheerful, they are anything but. Poor layout, food that’s been left out way too long in the heaters by the bakery, overpriced sandwiches and frequent errors when purchasing. I’d rather go to birchgrove post office far friendlier and a 2 min walk opposite the comprehensive.

   Surly staff, incorrect prices on items when you get to the till (i.e. they try to charge you more) and a nice little £60 fine if you take longer than 45 minutes. That's the last! Bye bye CK's!

   I do feel for the people of Birchgrove who don't drive, and this is their only option, everything is overpriced, very limited, if any, fresh fruit and veg in store, if only pies/pasties were healthy. I do think that we may be heading for an outbreak of scurvy any time soon.

   Staff are as miserable as sin, you feel a tension in the air just being in the shop. BEFORE you buy anything in there, ALWAYS check the best before/sell buy dates, these are often out of date

   Great place to pop into for a considerable amount of your grocery shopping, very clean & extremely well laid out. Staff are very polite and friendly, any help you require they are always willing to accommodate. Ample parking & disabled bays for 6 cars. The building entrance is disable friendly & the isle's are wide enough for wheelchairs. I very pleasant place to shop.
