   Everytime I seem to order online shop I always get a notification saying we've had to make changes to your order and two or three items will not be in stock .always seems to be the case with Iceland.

   This is a good iceland with plenty to offer!The down side is lack of opened tills..usually only one open,if your in a rush don't bother!!!

   As always a god shop to go to for just about anything ( except cybernetic implants). The store was well stocked and quiet which for 12 noon on the 21st of December is not bad. Masks to be worn but other than that no restrictions.

   Iceland is a good store to shop for Essentials. But I wasn't happy, when one member of staff was on her own the hole time at the check out, and there was a queue. She had pressed the bell a couple of times for help, but no one came, a member of the public asked for assistance. When three turned up at the same time, I really felt sorry for the shop assistant, the security guard wasn't very pleasant to the customers, he was quite rude.

   Only wish that this place would our stay open to 8 at least on the week days as I finish work at 7! I much rather prefer the frozen food at Iceland than at Tesco so I’d much rather grab it from here. Apart from that this store is my favourite supermarket in Swansea.

   Food is lovely here but unfortunately staff can't follow through with home delivery. I am pregnant and just got paid so did a full shop. Had to ask for delivery as it wasn't offered like usual. Was told it would be here between 4 and 6 yesterday. 7 rolls around and no sign of the food. Woke up at 8 just in case it came early, ten rolls around and still no food. Took ages for someone to pick up the phone. Then got told it just got put in the van and itd be here between 10 and 12. At half past 12, I ring again, get told it never was in the van and I have to wait until 3-5 for my food to arrive. Had nothing to eat yesterday or today and spent the last of my money getting this food shop that I wouldn't have been able to carry home as it is too heavy. Broke down in tears because I am hormonal and hungry. This is unacceptable for Iceland. I will go somewhere else to get my food delivered in future or I will just have to go without certain things to make sure I have money for a taxi to get it all home. Hope someone there reads this and realises this is not how to treat customers and if something goes wrong with delivery, email or text the customer to let them know. NOT happy one bit with my service

   Large, centrally located freezer shop. Lots of offers on a regular basis and competitive prices. Limited household and cupboard stock but does have enough staples to get you through the week. Friendly staff and free delivery if you spend over £25.
