Went to the salon today and had Mesotherapy facial treatment absolutely amazing went in stressed came out relaxed and I can see the difference in my face already.. very professional kind and knowledgeable highly recommended
I had purchased a deal through Groupon for myself and my wife to have a massage. When I rang up to arrange a time for it, the gentleman informed me that the small print said that the voucher I had purchased was for two massages for the same person, rather than a voucher for two people to have a massage together. I tried to reason with the gentleman and asked him if he could make an exception, as this wasn't made explicitly clear in the terms of the deal, but he refused to negotiate with me, telling me it was my fault for not having read the deal correctly. I was informed that the cost of buying two individual massages would have been just £3 more than the cost of buying two massages for the same person – £28 as opposed to £25 – but when I offered to pay the £3 difference the gentleman again refused to budge. Legally I am aware that the salon was within its rights to take this stance, but the gentleman's attitude was so abrasive – talking over the top of me to the point that I got really upset – that I now have no desire to set foot inside this business. It's a real shame that I've already paid for this service, as I really don't feel happy about my money lining the pockets of someone so rude and unpleasant! I guess I'll try one of the many other local massage deals on Groupon, and I would encourage others to do the same. So much for common sense and 'the customer is always right'!
Amazing microdermabrasion and mesotherapy treatment with a great explanation of the process and benefits beforehand. Very relaxing and effective with a visible difference after only one session. Wonderful reflexology and neck massage too. Booked in for a full body massage and another facial. Great value, friendly service and would highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!!
