The best supermarket in the world cheaoer than lidle please go and shop ull love the middle isles and there foodband beverages!!!.
I’ve only come across one nice staff member at this place. They are so entitled to space they’ll stand in your way purposely. If you don’t like working there, leave.
First time visiting this branch. Seemed well stocked and was clean and roomy. Handy to know that it’s there should I require it.
Was helped out by Morgan on the self checkout after the card machine failing, was so so helpful couldn't have made my experience better and did all of it with a smile and a lovely chat!
good stock n cheap. staff are lovely apart from old woman w brown hair on the self checkout not nice at all. very rude and on a power trip.
The cheapest and the best supermarket. Even better than Lidl. Located at Parc Tawe in Swansea adjacent to M4 motorway. Ample parking space.
Great range ,nice big store , watch out for car park if using it to visit all stores 2 hour limit unless you register your number plate at some establishments
Have to disagree with the racism comment below, everytime I’ve been here I’ve been treated with the best service from some of the best looking young ladies I’ve ever seen in other Aldi’s in south wales, extremely polite, super friendly & some extremely beautiful, store is clean, well stocked, wide aisles, only thing lacking is a self service til/area like Lidl across the road
I've used Aldis in Cwmdu for many years and I do a lot of my shopping there. The new one in Parc Tawe is better, mainly because the aisles are much wider and also seems to have better stock control. They both need a member of staff to keep enough baskets by the door, I've had to get them from the tills myself too many times.
Aldi store in Swansea serves Premium Racism mixed with low prices. After a full day of shopping, I made a final stop at Aldi to pick up some food items. After shopping, I paid at the till, as I was about to leave when one of the store attendants charged at me accompanied by a security man and blocked my way barking ‘do you have receipts for the things you bought’ twice. I said “yes, you just saw me pay”. She was literally standing few feet away from the till. She continued ‘Do you have receipts for everything in your bags’? Then was when I suspected I was being profiled. It became apparent she wanted receipts for everything I had bought today even from other stores. I asked what’s going on? And why do you need receipts from every store I have been to today? She gave no explanation. She rudely interjected that they do spot checks on people from time to time, and this was routine. That she would need to search my bags. That was when I realised that I had been profiled and already determined to be guilty of something. I dropped the bags on the counter, unzipped it and asked her to proceed. Long story short… She searched both bags, found Tesco branded items and then an awkward silence followed. The security man was professional & relaxed all through. He tried to diffuse the situation by telling me that they saw me repacking my bag on the camera, and that was why she acted that way. I asked the security guy: couldn’t you have told me this, and asked to see my bag afterwards? instead of treating me this way… He became silent. The rude, abrupt dismissive staff walked away without even apologising for the inconvenience. Aldi needs to give their staff diversity training or better still,hire decent people as staff. Worst customer experience in my entire life.
