   Shopped here for years daily. Great shop and most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Open at 7.00am not 6.00am and you won't get in gone 21.55pm not 22.00 . Shut early again 05/08 21.51pm - why?? Happening more frequently, new boss or ??? Pissed off

   If The manager is Dan Jones from Pyle. Thankyou and I am sorry if it helps there was something wrong with me. I have ADHD and I'm autistic no excuses - you wouldn't buy them anyway. Your training served me well and I only hope good for the best manager I ever had. I am older and wiser now. If Ollie is still with you he was my best non witness friend. I mean every word Dan.    I could not see any sign on the door advising that a face covering is required before entering the store. At the checkout, I was queuing behind a young man without any kind of covering. When I got to the till, I asked why they were allowing ppl without a mask in at all, and also not querying it when seen. The reply was "we don't bother". Appalled.

   How the staff put up with some of the other customers, I'll never know! Great shop, fantastic staff. But the other customers from this area are snobs. Have some respect for fellow humans. Your in Swansea not London. Learn to speak to people kindly and stop treating people like they're trash.

   The store has been a regular life saver during the lockdown. The staff and setup are really good in the larger store. It would be worthy of 5 stars were it not for the some of the other shoppers you may encounter who are extremely inconsiderate. You get a number of people who crowd you in a rush and also a number of people who stop in the middle of the isle to look at stuff on the shelves from 4ft away causing blockages. This isn't the fault of the coop so cant knock them for it
