   Avoid at all costs Conveyancing Factory with more part time paralegals than actual solicitors none of whom appear to know what they are doing. Turned an already stressful move into a complete disaster, at the point of walking away and losing money that’s how bad they are! Poor communicators, they struggle to even forward documents, takes forever to process simple requests and refuse to take calls, even after complaints from all parties concerned. If you’re looking for a timeshare in solicitor you can’t even speak to and are happy to wait over 6 months for a simple sale the SoLegal might be for you.
