High prices on most things. Not the go to place for shopping anymore... you really have to shop around..they not what they used to be, now they up there with big name's..
The shop itself is just like any other Lidl, clean and tidy however after the recent upgrade the security gates all around the site are broken making a hell of a noise constant on pretty much daily basis. I’ve been shopping there for years now but I struggle to lately as I’m autistic and this noise makes it impossible for me to shop there. Unless they fix the beeping on the security gates STAY AWAY
Go to various lidl stores once week must admit the staff are always friendly and helpful except Swansea Park Tawe, don't think i have ever seen staff smile and each time I have had contact with a staff member just seems to much for them, glad I visit Morriston more often
Most high security Lidl I've been to. They recently changed the layout a few months ago which may be confusing I've you haven't visited in ages. Bakery was about 70% empty (12:30 Sunday) and in the refurb they had they added extra self serve tills which there was a queue today but they weren't using them? Queue moved quite quick though. Also now have a scan to exit receipt thing and security guard asked for receipt on way out.
My family likes this store, but I have a bad experience with it. Today I went there because I had an activated coupon for a large avocado and a free pastry. But in the end, both items were not free on my 17 pound check. I don't know why it didn't work, but I'm very disappointed. I also think that the app is not very clear, because I could not find out if I could use two coupons for one purchase.
Yes one of the best stores to do your shopping everything in the store is much cheaper than the bigger stores. You can get more value in buying in this store,it's worth looking in the store with lots of offers in store we have given this store 5 star's well worth a look if your not sure let me know of what you you think.
Last night there was not one cashier serving. I had to abandon my shopping and leave it there as the self scanner was continually asking for assistant. There should always be a cashier. You do not realise by agreeing to this , You are putting people out of jobs . I will say that usually its fabulous there. And its my main place to shop Thank you for the reply...
Always shop here, use the lidl app and earn coupons and money off items. Get pretty much anything here, costs are still cheaper but as with most things items have gone up in price. Always get my fresh fruit and vegetables from here. Free car park.
I go there early in the day to avoid crowds and delays at the checkout.It required self control not to buy lots of useful things from the middle isle. Don't we all love a bargain? I prefer it to Tesco.
You can get vegetables, bread, bun, meat, chicken, pasta, canned food, frozen food and more. After quite a long shopping here, I just realised that the cereal I bought is all from the Crownfield brand. Why do they selling the same brand, does this brand is famous? Do comment below.
