   Visited the store this morning. Website stated opening at 8am. At 8.10 staff member stated that the store was opening at 9.00 today. Wasted journey and my valuable time. Poor.

   I recently visited Home Bargains in Llansamlet and left feeling utterly disappointed. The moment I stepped in, the disarray was evident—a cluttered, poorly maintained space that made shopping feel like a chore rather than a pleasure. Shelves were in disarray, and it was clear that little care had been put into presenting the products in a neat, appealing manner. Adding to the frustration was the lack of customer service. When I asked for help finding an item, the staff’s indifferent attitude and apparent disinterest made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. It was as if the store was overwhelmed by disorganization, and the employees were left scrambling with little regard for customer satisfaction. The quality of the merchandise was equally disappointing. Many of the items I examined appeared worn, damaged, or of questionable quality—hardly what I expected from a store that boasts bargain prices. In my experience, the low prices did not compensate for the poor condition and lack of care in product selection. Overall, my visit to Home Bargains in Llansamlet was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, and I can’t recommend this location to anyone seeking a pleasant, well-run shopping experience.

   Local Home Bargains which recently had a full refurbishment. It now has a huge floor space area as 2 stores are now combined. Huge product selection from homeward to food. The food area is new and hopefully this will provide a competition to local supermarkets.
