   I had my first appointment today with Michelle, the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. Michelle’s beauty salon felt welcoming, clean and calming. Michelle was so friendly and professional. She took her time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I can’t wait to come back for another microdermabrasion session as the result has been amazing. Highly recommend.

   Michele not only is a delightful person to spend time with whilst she is working she does an amazing job too. The last visit i had a pedicure done and it was very thorough, got a lot of dry skin off and the gel nails stayed on brilliantly. I would highly recommend.

   I contacted Michelle to book a pedicure and some facial waxing and immediately received a very welcoming response. The room was immaculate and well organised and the treatments were done extremely professionally and to a very high standard. Michelle offers many treatments with follow up information and it is a very comfortable and peaceful setting. I have booked another appointment and now I have seen all the treatments Deco offer I feel very keen to book more. Michelle makes you feel like the most important person in the world, she does not rush you and she takes her time to perform each treatment to the highest standard, explaining everything as she works.    My entire experience was outstanding from making the appointment all the way through to after the appointment! I contacted Michelle via email to request a quote for a lash lift and tint. I received a prompt response just moments after enquiring, and at an amazing price I decided to go ahead with booking my patch test and treatment appointments. Michelle's communication was outstanding, and we were able to smoothly arrange a suitable date for both appointments, which I also received booking confirmation for and reminders prior to the appointments. The patch test and consultation took place approximately 48hrs before my lash lift and tint on 29th July 2022. Throughout both appointments, Michelle was informative about the treatment and would explain the step at each stage of the process. Her calm, caring and kind nature put my anxiety at ease, and she was easy to talk to and relax in the presence of throughout my appointment. The hygiene of the equipment and treatment room was outstanding, and straight after my appointment I received aftercare advice for my eyelashes. I would definitely recommend Deco Beauty Room. The prices and experience were all outstanding and I'll be returning for further treatments ☺️

   I had a facial at Deco Beauty Room today and can highly recommend Michelle. She was lovely and very professional. She took time to go through my medical conditions and skin requirements and then I had a lovely relaxing facial, which I snoozed off during a couple of times. Whilst my mask was on she gave me a hand and arm massage - I have had a few facials over the years and usually find that the therapist leaves you for about half an hour with a mask on so I thought it was great that she was there for the whole appointment. Michelle has patch tested my ready for an eye tint and lift and I'll definitely be back. Thank you Michelle! :-)
