   I had a very upsetting experience at Asda Gorseinon today. I bought two boxes of wet wipes and paid for them separately. As I got to my car, a security guard ran over and accused me of not paying for one of them. I tried to explain and showed both receipts, but he insisted I come back inside. When I got to the till, the attendants were rude and dismissive, insisting I had only paid for one, even though I had the receipts as proof. The security guard checked everything and confirmed I was right, yet there was no apology or empathy from any of the staff. My colleague went back in to tell them they owed me an apology, but they still refused to acknowledge their mistake. In the end, we just returned the items because the whole situation was handled so poorly. Really disappointed with the attitude and customer service — I expected much better from Asda.

   Horrible I had asda rewards, but when I lost my phone and asked them to transfer to my new phone number they basically said tuff and have been no help at all at every corner they refuse what a service after giving them Loyalty

   Online shop yesterday X3 Frozen diced lamb £9 as a deal but I was charged £15? Jack Daniels 1ltr at the time of purchase was I think £25 so should have been honoured. Shopping arrives this morning minus the Jack Daniels because the price went back up TODAY not yesterday

   We had a breakfast at Asda gorseinon the service was great , food hot and delicious, -bacon especially- and all at a reasonable price . Would highly recommend. The store itself is clean spacious and good value

   Useless, empty shelves if you go in the evening, rude unhelpful staff who seam to enjoy being unhelpful. Absolutely hate going here. Petrol pumps always out of service as well. Shame I have to give 1 star.

   Very clean with mostly well stocked shelves and friendly, helpful staff. Good access to parking, with a petrol station conveniently located across the street. Decent clothes and homeware sections.
