    Maybe the staff have changed in this banbury store? I have been in there twice over the last few months.Each time the staff have appeared aloof and stuck up. Yes they greet you when you first go in but the customer service stops there - making the customer feel uncomfortable to browse.What a shame as I feel its important to use & support the few shops still located in the town centre!

    My GF shrank a nice wool cardigan by following the washing instructions. Not amused. She'd ditched the receipt but the nice people in the shop allowed her to change it and even arranged for a replacement one to be brought over from another shop by the area manager. Superb customer service and really nice people.
