15 minutes parking is not enough as the shop could have been busy or I might have been a customer with disabilities. £100 penalty is ridiculous and bad reputation for the shop. I gave the shop a 3 * as it was well laid out and stocked on this occasion was served in good time.

Called in this afternoon and was served by a blonde girl who was continuously on the phone. It would have been quite nice if she’d stopped the chit-chat for one minute whilst serving. Offering a please or thank you goes a long way..
Do not use this place , I was here just using washing machine outside the store , I have had a fine through the post ,for being over 15mins in the car park . The cycle was around 40minutes, and because they didn't spin I had to use tumble dryer. I've contacted the shop , but no response. £60 FINE. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE
Not disabled friendly. Their car park only gives you 15 minutes before your slapped with a £60 fine courtesy of SmartParking. If it takes you time to get your wheelchair out the car and get into the store then you only have a few minutes to shop before you need to head back and get back into the car before getting a fine. Impossible for us so will stick to places that are friendlier to those of us who take a little longer to do these everyday tasks.
