   Very disappointed nails still wet when left smudged on hand. Had hard gel nails hurried. The shine on top coat was matt. 1 week later the nails lifted. Waste of £40. Definitely will not be going anymore. Owner would not listen to the customer and totally disregarded what I said. Apparently the photo taken was proof. So basically I was called a liar.

   This review is long overdue! I've been coming to this salon for a few years now, and every visit is an absolute pleasure. The team is always professional, friendly, and they truly go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable and happy with the treatments. Over the years, I’ve had facials, gel nails, gel toes, massages, and waxing, and every service has been top quality. On my last visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Gracie, a new member of the team, who did my gel toes and leg wax. She did an amazing job! My leg wax was the quickest and most pain-free I think I've ever had. Gracie is a fantastic addition to the already fabulous team, and I can't recommend this salon enough!

   I have been visiting Beautiful Illusions in Wymondham for about 2 years now and have tried several treatments here, including gel nails, ear candling, and facials. The staff are all very welcoming, friendly and the treatments are carried out in a very professional way. I love coming in to have my nails done as it's very social too. Lovely atmosphere and can highly recommend Illusions as your "go-to" place for all things beauty!
