   Georgina has been doing my hair for nearly two years now, and is genuinely the only person I’d trust!! After many not so great experiences with different hairdressers in different salons, I’m so glad to have found this one - I’ve never left unhappy, or even close. Georgina really listens to what I’m asking for, and always delivers. Everyone is so lovely and the quality of the service is unbeatable.

   It took me a while to decide wether to write this review but then I found out that this establishment saved my credit card details from the previous visit. I had to warn everyone not to pay with a card. Basically I took an appointment with ultimate touch in Wymondham, Norfolk because I was desperate for a hair trim because I don’t trust them with more than that, having gone on a previous occasion and was not happy with their work highlights and styling. However, it’s better the devil you know. Their main work is short hair on elderly people. They were the safest close to home salon. On the day of the appointment I collapsed and stopped breathing and was resuscitated by emergency doctors that came to my house together with an ambulance (it was very serious). Eventually I nearly died and spent 7 weeks in hospital. When I got better I needed to take another appointment which I did and they called me 2 hours later and said before you can come you must pay for the missed appointment and we need to take £85 in advance too. I was completely shocked so I explained to her what happened to me but she still insisted so I refused and never went back again. Few days later I see a payment on my credit card of £85 which truly shocked me. My bank told me if she was able to pay herself it means that you paid her or she saved your card details from your last visit. It was obviously the latter. So please beware and pay cash and if she refuses go somewhere else that won’t take any money when she fancies it. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A TRUE STORY 100%.

   I've been taking my 5yr old daughter here the last couple of months and we will continue using the salon. Bonnie does a superb job every time and she is very good with my daughter. All the staff are friendly and the salon has a warm friendly vibe every time. Pricing spot on.

   It will be my 70th birthday on Thursday and so last week I was really happy to be able to get an appointment for a restyle on Wednesday afternoon. However this morning I was told they would not be enough time for a restyle. I feel so disappointed and let down. After holding for a while, I was told she could give me a tidy up! I have told them I don't want a tidy up or an alternative appointment, .and cancelled. I will not be using them again
