   We visited Mamas & Papas (inside the Next store at Interchange Retail Park in Bedford) to buy a gift for friends who are expecting a baby – and it turned out to be a great decision. The store is well-organized, spacious, and very well-stocked. There’s a wide selection of prams, nursery furniture, baby clothes – everything you need, all laid out to compare and try out in person. The staff were genuinely impressive – helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. We had quite a few questions, and they gave us detailed answers and great advice on what would make the perfect gift. The location is also a big plus – easy to get to, with plenty of free parking. There are other shops and cafés nearby, so it’s easy to combine your visit with other errands or a coffee break. We didn’t use the online ordering service, so I can’t comment on that part, but our in-store shopping experience was excellent. Definitely recommend visiting in person if you want to see the products up close and get expert advice.

   Lauren at the Bedford store was extremely helpful in demonstrating the peach 7 pushchair. She went out of her way to train us on it all and had the right sales balance of helpfulness, whilst not being too pushy. She was training her colleague Natalie who was also very pleasant to deal with.

   We had a brilliant service by Leanna at Mamas and Papas in the NEXT store at Bedford Interchange. As first time parents we came in with little to no idea about what pram set we wanted or needed, but Leanna really helped us pinpoint the best one for us, along with super helpful demonstrations on how to take off / put on all the components. We left purchasing the set and feeling super confident in our choice. Thanks so much!!

   Terrible costumer service ,replacing a cot bed mattress that developed a fault ses too much of a job as they delivered the wrong matress or offered me a costumer return instead. Terrible service ! Won't be back again

   Izzy spent time with us showing us different prams and answered all our questions. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to buy from. When the next model up went on sale a couple of weeks after we had bought the older model, she advised us we could cancel the order for a full refund and order the newer one which we did. We are very happy with our pram and the service Izzy provided. We even took our baby back in to meet her as she stuck in our ones as being so helpful and lovely. We have since shopped again in the Kempston store and bought from Izzy as she makes the experience so nice.

   Purchased a pram the occarro cloud z 9 piece in calico for my daughter . 6 days later it went on sale . Popped back in and spoke too immy who originally sold me the pram and she refunded me almost £400 . So happy . Immediately is an amazing lady. Fantastic sales skills polite kind helpfully and full of good cheer. And an amazing memory. Thankyou imny you are a creature credit to M&P thankyou xx
