Absolutely top service, i made a mistake with the shipping address totally my mistake. Evri, contacted them with the correct address and then they lost the parcel. This morning Planet Mermaid have reshipped to the correct address with a replacement free of charge. A great gesture from a caring company. 5 stars
No negative comments from me. My granddaughter loves her mermaid tail. She swims in it all summer in the campsite pool & also swims in it in some lovely deep rock pools always supervised of course. She loves it just wish more of the pools near our house would let her use it. Quality/ colours etc have all been great. She also has the leggings which are great for when it’s a bit nippy as they can still get wet. Overall very happy with everything. Thank you
Both my daughters were bought a mermaid tail from Planet Mermaid as a gift. A friend let us use their pool to try out the tails. We spent about an hour in the pool, and both the girls had an amazing time swimming up and down. Both tails worked really well. Then, my eldest daughter said her fin didn't seem right. She sat on the side, and I took the fin out and saw that it had a big crack down the middle. She had not walked on it, but had been in the pool the whole time. I messaged Planet Mermaid explaining what had happened, and they said my daughter must have broken it herself. I explained that had not been the case as we had been watching her the whole time to make sure both girls were safe. After multiple messages and photo evidence they refused to issue a replacement, accused us of lying, and then removed our comments from their Facebook page (comments that weren't aggressive, just critical). They were rude, accusatory, and lacked any customer service. They clearly do not value customers. The girls had such an amazing time using their product that we would have bought another couple once they had grown out of their current ones. But now we won't buy another one from them.
Scammers. Tried to order twice via amazon. Never saw my order. If you are „lucky“ you seem to receive low quality for a high price. Never again. No communication with any sense.
Over the years we have purchased two monofins and three complete outfits for our two daughters. The outfits haven’t faded in colour. We have had two birthday parties based around the mermaid tail. They have so much fun being mermaids in the pool in the UK and abroad. Hoping we can use them again later in the year so they can be mermaids swimming freely.
Terrible quality. Used for only 3 hours in swimming pool and colour faded and material became very limp and miss shaped and cones apart from the seams. Sizes also very In accurate which resulted in me having to purchase a size 10 for my daughter Who is only 7 And in an age 7 in all the major clothes stores. Contacted customer services and had a very unhelpful response trying to blame the interior of the swimming pool, Which had smooth none slip tiles. I would suggest that these mermaid tails I’m not fit for purpose.
