   ⚠️ They Over Charge and have out of date products! If you want to use the post office then it’s open 7 days otherwise would not trust most of the staff in there. You MUST keep an eye on what shelf and product prices say to what they charge at the till. Too many times they over charge you until challenged and even tried to double up a child’s bill cause they didn’t clear the till twice being too busy on his phone!! AVOID this place unless you have no choice!

   It is outrageous that you take advantage of sick people charging for express ibuprofen 200mg tablets 6.30 pound when I pay 59 pence in every shop

   As nice as the staff are, the store itself is as poor as every other branch of SPAR I've been to across the UK. I honestly don't know how SPAR is still a functional business when it has competition from stores like Co-op which are infinitely better. Unfortunately, living in Baglan I'm stuck with the poor choices that this store offers, otherwise I'm in for a 3 or 4-mile round trip to walk to Morrisons or Tesco. I could've not eaten for a whole day, but SPARs food selection/deals are usually enough to kill my appetite stone-dead. For the good of the village, please sell your store to Tesco Express or Co-op or something. SPAR is expensive, and you're not even getting nice food. Even the food from the hot counter has the texture of wet cardboard, and if you do see a deal, double check the price of your items at the counter, because the systems aren't always consistent and often charge non-deal prices

   different set up compered to most of there stores butt cant complain to much but didn't have much selection on the meal deals and is a bit more pricey then Tesco but other then that no complaints

   So convenient and pretty good range of items. Lovely clean shop always. ATM outside is useful. The staff are welcoming and helpful and it's a good community store. It's open long hours which is perfect for shift-workers and late-night/early morning buys. Excellent.
