   I would give o but unfortunately 1 star,The service is unprofessional & horrible & the staff look sad all the time,only 1 of the older ladies is great,I don't know why they are still working there,I won't be going in there again !UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

   One star review, as unfortunately there isn’t an option to give no stars. Ordered on deliveroo, the store accepted the order, however then the delivery window was pushed back multiple times without reason. This meant that the store closed prior to delivery but order couldn’t be cancelled without forfeiting my refund as the store had claimed the order was “being prepared”. The store was evidently closed as made numerous attempts to call them to no avail. It is unacceptable not to at least cancel the order & facility a refund, especially as the shop is now shut until 1130 tomorrow.

   agoNEW Absolutely disgusting service today. Myself and another customer were waiting to be served and the two women staff & the Manager were just standing there talking ! One of the staff was called Carly and her attitude was none other than Vile! The way she spoke to myself is totally unacceptable. As far as I’m concerned, having worked in Retail myself , you should always put the Customer first and not stand there chatting while Customers are waiting. When we challenged this she totally lost it and abused us and told us to leave the shop and never come back! This is a given! A Letter of Complaint is now on its way to this Branches Owners / Head Office. Never in my life have I been abused by Shop Staff, they should be ashamed of themselves.

   DO NOT USE AS A PARCEL SHOP!! Refused to give me my items which they will now return as their equipment is broken. Absolute waste of time, rude staff, rude manager. Simply wanted to parcels that I'd made time to collect and that I'd paid for. Clearly cannot handle their contract with Hermes.

   They should rename this place the queue op. Theres never enough staff and the introduction of bad self service tills and the cutting of employee hours has done nothing to combat the everlasting queues. Most items here are more expensive than that of those in other supermarkets. Top rating on the bakery and customer service but it's being run so poorly it doesn't matter. Edit: During the pandemic, where face coverings are mandatory in shops, the staff are NOT always wearing masks. Uncomfortable to be around. Shop elsewhere. Edit 2: Now I'm lambasted for this review by staff each time I'm in the store, and they find the review funny.

   Wow. This shop surprised me. Doesn't look like much from outside. But inside its big! Much better than my old local Co-op. Not only does this one sell branded products, also co-op brand as well as cheaper brands. This is good for when you are on your last few quid and need cheaper options. Excellent reduced price corner. Friendly, helpful staff. Parking.
