Trying to avoid heavy lifting made impossible by this ableist co op. Tried putting my own shopping trolley onto the self check out bagging area ( easier to lift down ) but it would not compute, tried all permutations but the computer said no , had to unload everything back into the stores own hand trolley & take to the cigarette counter, to be given a patronising lecture for observed incorrect use of self check out, only to be told ( & not for the first time at the cigarette booth ) that if I lower the handle of the hand trolley, I will easily be able to lift the full trolley up onto the counter, SORRY NO I CANT DO THAT ! , that’s the whole point of my unorthodox shopping method, I have to avoid heavy lifting & putting my lower back out & I’ll wager I’m not the only one . Do us older & disabled folks a favour & get a person on the check outs. I’m sure the co ops profit margin is high enough to cover it .

The great thing about the co-op is that their stores blend into the environment. The Llandeilo store is a good example. There is plenty of parking and the outside area is kept clear of rubbish. The layout inside is typical Co-op but that is in a good way. All the food and drink, non-food and alcohol all tidily presented. The temperature is what you would expect in a good food store. I asked one member of staff for help and my query was dealt with efficiently and with a friendly chatty air. Congratulations to the manager for a lovely experience.

No hotdogs!!!! I go to any other coop they have cooked hotdogs this coop never has any. How u get contracts with companies I don’t know rojo and Costa should sack you guys. Never have the updated flavours in your Costa machine absolutely bad. I skip llandeilo and head to Llandovery where everything is way better

Pretty good selection but narrow aisles and despite it being a busy time no trolley checkouts open so had to cram shopping onto the cigarette checkout. Llandovery is way better

Unable to park, not one space available in the whole car park and cars waiting, must be some good offers on although people were walking up the road and not into the shop

Very expensive..nightmare parking with inconsiderate parkers. The worst fruit produce .That lasts days. Always running out of product basics especially on bank holidays. Newly refurbished with masses of refrigeration, this has to be the coldest store in Britain. Staff wrapped up like Eskimos. Self service tills do nothing but cause frustration. And now use facial recognition!! WT? I always try to avoid this place. Shivers run down my spine just thinking of it.

I don’t like this place at all. I find co-op expensive anyway, so try to limit any purchase from them, but this place never has anyone on the tills. You stand around wandering about for a while until someone says they will open a till, then when someone else puts something in the belt, they get redirected to the ciggy counter. Very bizarre.

Has never been good on re- stocking, I realise there is a problem these days but not in the past. Lovely pleasant staff. Easy store to shop at, Pity it wasn’t slightly bigger. Has lost the two extra stars due to re stocking in the past.
