   I visited the store this morning just as it opened.i was looking for a certain pair of jeans.i didnt have my phone with me to show the item code so I asked at the till if the shop assistant could help me. She asked if I had the item code.i told her that I didn't,described the item and asked if she could look it up on her system. She told me without the item code she couldn't help. Another lady who this time was very helpful helped me look in the store but they didn't stock what I was looking for The lady in the till was very unhelpful and not professional at all.a lack of customer service on her part and quite frankly rude. With that I went and spenty money elsewhere

   The store is always very tidy, the displays are all inspiring and on-trend. I use the store fairly often to collect my Next orders. The service is very quick and simple to use - type in your 5 digit "parcel ID" into the tablet (upstairs, in the further corner of the store) within a few minutes, someone will bring your parcel out. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Caution is advised if you are visiting when MK Dons are playing, particularly after the game. The traffic leaving the car park is horrendous and can take over 15 minutes!

   I bought some leggings for my daughter . The price on the label was £4.5 at teh till I was charged £5 . When I mention it to the cashiers she said ok . No apologies and she didn't even try to solve the situation . There customer service needs some work .

   When buying a suit recently I couldn't help but think: "this could definitely do with more creases". Luckily the employees are expertly trained in shoving smart clothing into far-too-small bags. Phenomenal, far too many shops use suit carriers, glad I wasn't even offered one.

   Set over 2 floors. This is a medium sized shop. Homeware upstairs, but the area is pretty small. Children's downstairs. Changing rooms available. Parcel return point. Men's Shoes and bags too. Till service was fast and efficient. Lift and stairs available. I cannot fault.
