   A package was left in the post office for me to collect as the delivery team could not find my address. I went to collect and the package was over 10 kg. The girl at the counter said she couldn’t lift it up as it is heavy. A man came and said I will have to carry it to the car. I asked if they could give it to me from their back door as my car was parked at the car park . He refused. Then I asked if I could use one of their trollies. He said I couldn’t take it outside. He was very rude to me and said it’s your package you have to carry it. Being a small made middle aged female I could not pick it up and carry it all around to the car park. I managed to pull it out to the door while the store attendants were just standing and watching me . Not even offering to help. Then an another customer , very nice gentleman offered to carry it to the car for me. This is my local shop. Where I visit couple of times a week. I am very disappointed.

   I don't normally post negative reviews but this takes the cake. Guy working on the Post Office till with a Whoop watch over prices your parcel prices with Royal Mail. Did it three times for me in 3 separate occasions. Today was the 3rd time. My parcel was within the Small Parcel size well below the 45x35x16 cm, proper small box. And is less than 750 grams. Price for tracked 48hr is £3.39 normally for that size and weight. He instead put it to Medium size parcel 46x46x61 cm for £6.29. I was in a Hurry to ship the item so it arrives in time with 48 hr. So had to pay the price. Nonetheless, I won't be buying there nor using the post office there no more. What a bunch of scammers.

   I feel saddned writing this review, this was our favourite shop having moved to the area 2 years ago. Staff are always polite and friendly, always asking my girlfriend how she was doing throughout her pregnancy. However, there's always that one. We had 2 seperate occasions where she added 2 pound to our bill each time, the 2nd time we confronted her, she refunded us and said it was a mistake. As this happened twice and £2 was added on both times, this led my girlfriend to believe it wasn't a mistake. Today her behaviour was absolutely shocking as everyone knows a customer is always right! My girlfriend is deaf in one ear and was shouted at in a very rude and abrupt manner when she never heared her saying to put the card in. This was mainly because another staff member came in to start her shift and she started having a full blown conversation with her, so my partner stopped lip reading and assumed the contactless had worked and the transaction had been done. If it wasn't for the fact that she was being blatently rude by talking to the other member of staff about how fresh she looked, midway through a transaction with a customer who has a hearing impairment and has to lip read, there wouldn't have been a problem! It's the way in which she spoke that did it for me. Instead of being polite, so the problem could be rectified she shouted at her to "put the card in!" On top of that it was the lack of compassion and empathy she had for my partner and the fact that she has to deal with this disability every single day! When telling her she was deaf in her left ear she said "it's not her problem and that she's not paying for her shopping!" I don't know what shocked me more. The fact that she acted like that infront of the boss, or the fact that the boss didn't say anything to her about her behaviour, especially when we walked off and she shouted BYE! Cearly trying to antagonise the situation. I'd be worried if she worked for me. If she acts like that infront of the shop owner. What does she act like when the owner is not there? I would never allow my staff to antagonise a customer like that because I'd be afraid of losing business! We spend 70 week there on average since having a newborn because its easier than catching a bus to go to town shopping but am really thinking about not even shopping there anymore, that's how disappointed I am. Every other worker I've encountered are brilliant and always really helpful. It's such a shame.
