   Amazing products and easy to buy however the box and packaging had come destroyed. I emailed Evri and AU vodka to try and get this issue resolved however Evri told me to contact AU vodka and then AU never answered. I am highly disappointed as this was a Christmas present for my partner and she now knows what is inside.

   This is beyond a joke now!!! No one is getting back to me after receiving the case smashed and bottles all scratched. This was supposed to be an 18th birthday gift for my son on the 17th of January. Absolutely shocking customer service

   Gift set inside was battered. Ordered 4 items, 3 of them fine as well as the outside box. However the gift set had a battered box as well as cans with dents all around, which was bought as a gift. Clearly wasn't packaged properly as it's evidently come undone in transit causing everything inside to be bashed about. Contacted customer services, they were willing to replace the gift box but not the cans unless I returned them. Which wouldn't have been able to be returned and redisaptched in time. They took no responsibility for the condition of the box. £65 order and paid £7 for next day delivery expecting it to come on time and in presentable condition, and 100s of pounds over the years yet customer services weren't willing to help.    Bought a set as a birthday present, Delivered earlier than it said which is good, But there is a rip in the cardboard inside so the bottle is loose and rolling about inside. Not how I wanted to present it as a 21st present.

   I have been purchasing AU Bottles forever and online. I am disappointed that the bottle came chipped I paid £38 in total for the bottle and the cocktail set to find the bottle in this state even though it had the bubble wrap is no no one has taken care when putting it into the box I am not happy as you can see its the final bottle to my collection

   Put an order through AU website on 26th nov. Part order arrive just before Christmas, the other items have yet to be seen. Sent multiple messages to AU on various platforms with no reply. I'm having to apply to my bank and report it as a fraud case to get my money back. . Fell out with AU brand, I simply won't buy another AU item. Better vodkas on market at a cheaper price.

   I ordered their coffee liqueur on 28th November in their Black Friday sales and it never arrived. I have tried emailing multiple times, messaging on social media only to get an automated response saying they are busy due to Black Friday and Cyber Monday and they aim to get in contact within 72 hours. I am at a loss as Royal Mail states they never received the package in the first place. I just want my money back now!

   Order took ages to dispatch, was sent a reminder to review BEFORE it had even been dispatched! When order came they had sent me the wrong one! I ordered blue raspberry and they sent me the grape one. Contacted them a week ago via email, the form on their website and on twitter, still haven’t had a reply! Very poor customer service.

   Everything came safely decent packaging. No clear instructions on how or what cause the colour changing, otherwise its a good flavour. Although was disappointed that I didn't receive the 10% off for doing a review.
