I went here on 3/11/24 with two ultrasound referrals. The receptionist was lovely and let me know if a cancellation so I got seen really fast. The sonographer was also really nice, I was ridiculously anxious and he was patient, reassuring and answered all of my questions when he didn’t have to. I left feeling so much better. Thank you
Staff at reception are nice but despite me telling the imaging staff at the scanner the first time I came what body part it was to be scanned, only to double check (which was met with a funny look) they scanned the wrong body part had to come all this way again for another scan. It’s painful even to lie on the scanner which isn’t fun. They offered to pay for travel the second time but it’s a 40min travel time each way so was hard while in pain
Friendly staff. Lift available to get wheelchair into building.
