   I had a great experience at Eyecare centre. Dr. Sandip Doshi made me feel very comfortable during my eye exam. He was attentive and professional, thoroughly explaining his observations and addressing my questions. He recommended manuka eye drops, which have helped my eyes. The staff was friendly and helpful. Junee helped measure my lenses for a comfortable fit, and Raquel was exceptional in helping me select my new lenses and explaining how they would work with my vision. After wearing them for a few months, my eyes feel great, and the quality of the lenses is unmatched. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend The Eyecare Centre!

   Exceptional Care and Service – 100% Worth the Journey! I highly highly recommend The Eye Care Centre (Hove)! And have recommended many friends and family to go there- Here’s why!-After a sudden and scary issue with my sight, I was fortunate to be seen by Dr Sandip Doshi, who went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly thorough with the tests and assessments he ran, whilst also being caring, considerate, and professional, making me feel completely at ease during a difficult and stressful time I was facing with my sight.. Despite living in Essex, I travelled down to Hove specifically to see him, and it was absolutely worth it. His dedication to patient care is outstanding—not only did he sort out new glasses for me, he regularly followed up to check if my glasses were working well and address any concerns, but he also showed incredible attention to detail. When the lenses from the manufacturer came back with a tiny, almost invisible scratch, he wasn’t happy with them and immediately ordered replacements. Upon receipt of the lenses they were fitted and posted to me the very next day—a level of service that truly exceeded my expectations! If you’re looking for top-quality eye care with a personal touch, this is the place to go. Thank you, Sandip, for your outstanding support and dedication!

   This was my first visit to the clinic after hearing so much about it from my husband, and it definitely lived up to expectations! I’ve always used Boots because it’s convenient and close to home, but after this experience, I regret not making the switch sooner. At Boots, I felt like just another number, paying a premium for minimal service. Dr. Doshi was fantastic—he explained every test and result clearly, which gave me full confidence in his expertise. He was also incredibly helpful when it came to picking out frames. Despite my high prescription, he reassured me that the lenses could be slimmed down more effectively than what Boots offered, which made the process so much easier and stress-free. I also want to commend the lady who assisted me—she was professional, polite, and made the experience even better by helping with a selection of frames and provided great suggestions. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The 50-minute drive was absolutely worth it, and I left feeling extremely happy. I highly recommend this clinic!

   I recently visited the Eye Care Centre for a dry eye assessment, and I was really impressed with the thoroughness of the exam. Jerome was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the process. He took detailed photos and identified the main issue with my meibomian glands. He explained everything clearly and gave me helpful advice on adjusting my cleaning routine and using the compress more effectively. I felt well cared for, and he even recommended future treatments like removing eyelashes that were growing into my eyes. Overall, I feel positive about the care I received and would highly recommend Jerome and the Eye Care Centre.

   My experience with The Eye Care Centre has been life changing as they have fitted me with Ortho-K lenses. What makes these lenses so special is that you only wear them at night and they change the shape of your eye so you can see perfectly without lenses during the day. My eye sight has never been better, and I no longer suffer from horrible dry eyes or ever need to wear glasses. Dr Sandip Doshi and the team are complete experts in eye care and provide the very best service. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

   The Eyecare Centre, in Church Road Hove, is an independent and well-established optician. I have been a patient with this practice for over twenty years and although not a local resident anymore, I will continue to use their services annually. My regular appointments with Dr Sandip Doshi are always thorough and detailed, using the latest diagnostic equipment. This is particularly reassuring as there is history of Glaucoma within the family. Care and consideration are always provided, and any issues are listened to attentively before offering structured professional advice. There is a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere at the practice, thanks to a friendly professional team, and I would not hesitate in endorsing their services.

   Amazing service, Sandip and the team are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Nothing ever seems to be a problem. Personally, I work on computers all day, I chose the anti-reflection & blue light blocking coating on my glasses. And they are amazing! NO more headaches! I will never go to another optician, seriously the best in town! Highly recommend.
