   I don’t usually wear smart shoes, but I needed a pair for an event. I visited Clarks at Bedford Interchange and was greeted warmly by the staff. After a quick browse, I found a pair that felt the most comfortable. Sunit helped me get the right size and made the process really easy. The shoes weren’t the cheapest compared to other retailers, but the excellent customer service and the way the shoes felt on my feet made it worth it. I left feeling like a happy customer and will definitely return next time I need smart shoes.

   Nice and tidy Clarks store at Interchange Retail Park. It’s well-organised and has a solid selection for both adults and kids. My wife found a pair she liked, and we’ve also had good luck here with back-to-school shoes for the kids—good fit, decent support, and they actually last. Prices can be a bit high, but they often run promotions or multibuy deals that help. Staff are helpful and know their stuff when it comes to sizing and fit, especially for children. The store’s calm, clean, and easy to shop in. A dependable place if you're looking for quality footwear that holds up.

   It was quite quiet this visit. I was greeted straight away which was good. Last time I waited for so long. The lady serving me and my daughter was nice. It does help when they are nice and have a smile here and there. She may have been new because I had to prompt her. Children's shoes have increased in priced. I did get a size above put insoles in to get full use of them!!

   Clarks never disappoint. Bit pricey but I know the shoes will last the whole school year. By the end of each school year so far (my daughters are now in Yr 1 and Yr 3) the shoes are well worn but there is not one bit of damage to them, just normal wear and tear.

   My son was fitted for his first pair of shoes by a trainee staff member at a different Clark's store where they fitted them wrong ( wrong size ) my poor sons feet where hurting him so I called the interchange Clark's as I live near there! They where very helpful and did an amazing job in fixing the problem! They're quick and efficient and showed me how they fitted and told me to come back in 12 weeks! Thank you so much to rosey who assisted me. Great staff and amazing customer service.

   I usually buy from clarks because their foot wear are nice and original. This branch is very convenient because the parking is very close to the shops. The staff are very helpful and they always ask you if you want any help. However, I was dissapointed when the models I wanted were not available at this branch. They referred me to Milton Keynes Central branch.
