    I purchased an e. cigarette in Feb 2019 . I went back there today 28/4/19 , not expecting a refund just a bit of help as the e cigarette I purchased had fallen apart. I showed the man my receipt. And ask him if he could help me. He just look at me and said they are only guaranteed for 28 day's, and nothing else. I waited for 20 seconds thinking he was going to say something else, but to my amazement he didn't. I was going to purchase another one, but after the service I had off him I just walked out ,

Went in to buy one product and both times, salesman spent 5 seconds on item I wanted then 10 MINUTES on alternatives that cost twice to 3 times as much!! Did not sell a more expensive item but LOST their company a potential customer!!
