Have just been to the shop and I only go on a Sunday as Rebecca is there. She is really knowledgeable and always greet customers with a smile. Its really lovely to go in the shop and gave such a warm welcome. Rebecca is brilliant, so helpful and really knows what she is talking about. Nothing us too much trouble for her.
I often pop into the Shop on a Sunday, and I must say the customer experience is first class. One assistant in particular, Rebecca, who goes out of her way to make all the customers feel very welcome, very helpful and knowledgeable.
I've been going to celtic vapours for a few years now always a pleasant welcome lovely staff very helpful and they get to know you over the years. However today I didn't have a very good experience of that. I usually go to the llansamlet branch but today I was in the area so I went to cwmdu instead. I was greeted by a very very rude woman in the shop I've only seen her a couple of times so she's fairly new there. Her attitude was appalling the way she spoke to me she's very lucky I was having a good day I was very taken back as all the staff at celtic vapours which I believe rotate from shop to shop are really friendly and accommodating and pleasant. No customer needs that when they are visiting a shop to buy their products and a long standing customer too. I'm not one to usually complain but her attitude was discusting. I put 2 stars for the shop cause all the other staff are lovely otherwise it would of been a 0.
Very happy with service. Found exactly what I wanted just by talking to assistant.
Used this shop a few times I usually order online or else where. Some of their flavours that ive tried are nice at a fair price. Wish they did more deals etc or if they do I'm not aware of them. Rating 4 star because I was working before and urgently needed coils, I asked my partner to go in the store for me and grab some and the lady behind the desk was rude to her and dismissive of her.
Great little shop with great and friendly staff willing to help.
