    We've been using Roberts Direct to purchase stock for our ebay business for several years and are always happy with the experience. They are a great company to deal with over the phone or in person (and if for some reason they don't have what you need in stock they will offer suitable alternatives, until requested items are back in stock so that you don't get caught short). The ability to order stock directly from the RD website is also great and deliveries are fast and efficient. If you need smoking accessories etc I highly recommend them!

    Ordered products from this company on 29/sep & on the same day ordered totally different products from China. China products arrived Friday 2/oct and today still waiting on delivery from Roberts- Friday 9th october. So probably Monday at this stage but not holding up much hope. No feed back at any stage and when I phoned always vague. Never again.
