   For many years I have been ordering my favorite concentrate "HillTown", since I have not come across anything which suits my taste better. Living in Austria and since Brexit and the absurd Tobacco Duty Regulations in the EU , it has become quite difficult at times having to deal with customs, but every now and then my order slips by and is handled like every other postal delivery from GB. ;-) As long as I can order "my" flavor I will. ... The quality of DV products is excellent and customer-service has served me well twice, when my order arrived damaged, due to the negligence of the delivery carrier. Too bad DV has no branche or reseller in Austria. Other than that, DV rules ! Thank you !

   I've been buying concentrates and e-liquid from Decadent Vapours for years and it's always been a good experience. In terms of an overall review I'll break this down to delivery, quality, issue resolution and overall responsiveness / helpfulness. 1. Delivery: Always delivered on-time, never not had a delivery within expectations. 2. Quality - DV produces high-quality items, can't complain and have not experienced any issues. 3. Issue resolution: Only once did I receive the wrong flavor, this was quickly sorted out and a replacement provided without any quibbles. 4. Helpfulness: DV staff are helpful, respond quickly, so again, can't complain.

   When a concentrate liquid was delivered by mistake. They were there, and on it instantly. I received new liquid the next day. excellent customer service from these guys. I only use Decadent Vapours for my E-Liquid Concentrate. A pleasure to do Business with and really great service. Thank You.

   You would think feeding peoples addictions would be a pretty quick business to run. Take ages to deliver and even longer when you are desperate and pay more for it. I advise you take your business else where SERIOUSLY! Bought £20 worth of stuff on the 22July, paid for tracked delivery. Yet to receive a method to track my parcel let alone the delivery it self! Disgusting business model, regularly ignore my emails and calls. I can't imagine running a vape shop business and trying to restock from this supplier.

   What can I say!?...Superb service as always and always a top quality product be it hardware or liquids. A special mention for Carys who is a credit to DV, she was most helpful in speeding up my order so it made it in time for the person whose birthday it was that I had made my latest purchase for. Keep up the good work DV, there is only one place I will be purchasing from for my vaping supplies :-)

   I've been buying from Decadent Vapours for several years, and always received outstanding service, fantastically packaged. IMO they are the best for flavours I've ever encountered, and also very good value for money - can't recommend their 'Hill Town' tobacco flavour highly enough. Top notch company.
