   I’ve had issues with a vape purchased in a different store to which they were no help and not willing to refund me for the vape or offer any help , so I went into town and popped into this shop , the lady helping me was amazing , so helpful, understanding and patient while she listened to me going on about the issues I had with my vape , the help that this lady gave was above and beyond , she really listened to what was happening with my vape considering it was purchased in another store and also listening to what I wanted the vape for and didn’t just try to sell a tank that I really didn’t need , also like the fact that when you purchase a vape you get a free liquid with it and the flavours stocked there are amazing , such a wide variety, will definitely be returning for my vape juices and refills pods , thankyou for A* customer service

   Been to this shop a few times now and sadly won’t be coming back or recommending. Frances and Danielle were lovely and listened to me but one of the ladies with blonde hair was so rude and dismissive. I explained a coil was the wrong size and if I could exchange or refund them(this pack was unopened as well), she wouldn’t listen and said it will fit and told me to open the pack and try. If it didn’t fit then come back and they’ll sort it. I kept asking if there was different sizes as I’m trying to get into vaping but she kept interrupting me and basically pushing me out the shop. Because of the amount of money I’ve spent trying to get the right parts and now this experience, I’ve decided to go elsewhere. Think if it wasn’t for this and how lovely Frances and Danielle were I would.

   Thank you so much to the team at the Swansea branch! Every time I visit I receive the best customer service from all the team, particularly from Kat and Charlotte. They have both helped me numerous times to pick from a wide range of flavors that they know I will like and are happy to help me find new flavors to try! They also have great patience as sometime I really cannot decide. I do not shop anywhere else for my vape products as this shop really looks after me. Thanks again guys!
