   Bad experience today had a girl I don't normally have she got very stressed with me my hands not being in right position for her then it was my fingers she sighed soo many times at me then laughed to she pushed her chair back took a deep breathe then continued with my nails she also was taking all in coming calls whilst doing my nails and was also scrolling through her phone hidden in her draw i asked for a design on two of my nails which she failed to do I would have pointed this out but i just wanted to get out I rang up and told owner about my experience she offered to do my nails again for me but I told her unfortunately I wont be back shame cause I had been going there for years but it just takes one bad experience to not want to go again plenty more nail bars in town

   Had a manicure and pedicure booked for an event I was going to a few days later. Manicure went okay. Pedicure was not great at all. Left the salon with an infection due to the person trying to remove an ingrown when they shouldn’t be doing this. Contacted the salon and was told that all their tools were clean but the toe spaces were shared between clients. Update 3/6 - I have a recurring infection due to this salon. Multiple rounds of antibiotics

   Terrible, the staff didn't listen to your request, my nails look horrible and I will never recommend or use this place ever again. Complained only to be told they will remove and do it again but wanted me to pay 80 pounds. Still made me pay 30 pounds even though that is the price with nail polish and they didn't even finish my nails. SO DISAPPOINTED, SO IF WANT NICE NAILS DONE THEN DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

   Hello. I visited your salon for the first time a few years ago, when your salon was located in a different place. then some guy did my nails. And just as I was very dissatisfied then, I am also very disappointed now. I was here today. I had an appointment at 10 am. I paid a lot for my nails and now I feel ashamed to show myself in something like that anywhere. they are very unsightly and uneven. and I paid a lot for it. I thought that if this was the price, you would have great nail specialists, but I was very wrong. Normally, my nails are done by a great specialist, but since he couldn't do it this time, I gave you a chance, but I really regret it and regret that I even paid you for such a thing. Your approach to the customer could also be different. you treat people like they are in a factory. very quickly and without focusing on your work, and if someone doesn't understand what you mean, you are immediately dissatisfied. I threw my pounds in the trash today in your SALOON... you haven't improved one bit in terms of skills over the years. I can do my own nails like you do, AND I've never learned how to do it. after the first visit, I left you one star on Google. And there will still be this one star from me. If I could, I would even give a negative rating and no stars. I really regret visiting you today. Unfortunately, now I will have to find someone else to take off my nails after you and redo them. I won't recommend it to anyone.

   I visited for the first time today and the lady that did my nails was so unfriendly. I went to brush a small piece of acrylic off my skin and she said very sharply "please do not touch it". The rest of the process was in stony silence with unfriendliness emanating from her. At the end I asked whether she had a light pink polish and her response was "no". No attempt to show me what she had available. I've had my nails done in other areas for years and this was this most unfriendly experience I have had. I've concluded that it was because I'm a person of colour as she was very friendly to the next customer. If I could give no stars I would and I will not be returning as there are many more worthy businesses to spend my money.
